I lost two inches off of my waist and it was easy!

Looking in the mirror last week I noticed that I seemed to have put on a few pandemic pounds which resulted in a spare tire forming around my waist. Not a monster truck-sized spare tire, more like a compact car spare tire, but still, it wasn’t what I wanted to see in the mirror. So I did what anyone else would have done, I started researching for a new medical experiment I could perform on myself.
